Hi! I had my surgery for gynecomestia in the year 1996. I am 43 Years now. and its more than 23 years passed now after the surgery. I have noticeable dents on both the sides (its deeper on my right side). It emerges more when I raise my arm above the shoulders. The nipples move backward inside my chest and the dimples become highly noticeable. Please suggest if a corrective measure/surgery is possible now after these many years. Please guide.
Is it normal to have one chest muscle with a very noticeable indent on one side after surgery (more towards center chest, not under nipple). Does this go away? Had gyno surgery due to some tissue growth over 10 years from testosterone. In my opinion it wasnt very bad to begin with. All I wanted was the nipple to be more rounded. So I could have a better shape I now have a dent in the left side chest, can this be fixed?, I also have lost a lot of my side profile contour as the chest is now very flat. With a pocket of fat at the top between my chest and armpit. What would it take to have a good contour restored? Please help..
Hello Im 22 years old and its been 4 years since I had the surgery and have lost 60 pounds after that(still going)but after losing a lot of fat I noticed small dents which became bigger after losing weight( 270lb to 210lb currently) and Ive been trying chest workouts but to success what should I do?
over the years since ive noticed an decrease intissue behind the affected nipple leaving a dent when i lift my arm. Also the nipples are out of alignment. This is increasingly bothering me and causing me some distress. I wondered if there are any options for me concerning future procedures to correct this?
Hi doctors. Im only about 3 weeks post op so I understand my body is still healing and this is isnt the final result, but Ive had a dent on the side of my left pec since day 1 after surgery and it hasnt seemed to change at all. Does it look like oversuction or does it look like it the gap/dent will eventually fill in? Its quite noticeable, especially with arms raised. Really hoping I dont have to do another surgery to fix and worst case just could use some fat injections to fix.
I had my first Gynecomastia procedure 3 years ago, was not happy with the result, had an adjustment procedure now 5 weeks ago. Results look even worse.. There is a significant dent under both sides and both sides sag over my mid stomach significantly.. What are my options? Do I have to get implants or can this be foxed by fat transfer? Any doctors who specialize in this around NJ and NY area?
Hi doctors. Its me Jean again and i got a better picture to show what I believe to be a deformity (note I know its been too little time and changes might occur, but i am getting paranoid i saved an worked hard to have this operation.) P.S another two things i found at the top of my chest there is a hole and when i press on it, it sounds gushy i suspect fluids, but why would it dent?. And my right side when i flex the muscle there is a crater on the left of the nipple, please help.
I had gynecomastia surgery done 2 years ago but one side still looks like if i had a dent the right side, the other side looks good. How can this problem be fixed?? What can i do to fix that dent, for life, permanent.
