It's been 2 months since my gynecomastia surgery and I am scared that this issue of mine will not go away without further surgery. As you can see my right side nipple area is rather deformed compared to my left side. My doctor assures me that I do not have a crater deformity but just loose skin because i had 58 grams of tissue removed on my right and only 30 grams on my left. However I am still not fully convinced and would like a second opinion from other doctors as to what they think I have.
It's been about 1.5 months since my Gynecomastia surgery. Only excision was performed. I don't have any before pics, but my nipples weren't inverted pre-surgery, they were just puffy. If I stretch my nipple then they pretrude. Will they eventually protrude naturally? Thank you all so much for your help. Your replies go such a long way!
8 weeks post op. Scar tissue still above and under nipple. Incision scar is causing nipple to 'sit' on the skin rather than look natural. See photos. Currently massaging twice and using serum on incision scars to soften. Concerned this is how my nipple will now forever sit or in people's experience once the scar tissue resides and incision scars soften my nipple should start looking more natural. Back to wearing vest through night also. Or being 8 weeks this is close to as good as it gets?
I'm two months post op after Gynecomastia Surgery. I had a minor case of Gyno with glandular tissue beneath each nipple but the surgeon felt it best to just do Lipo. Right under my nipple is VERY sensitive to the touch - painful - i can't even sleep on it yet and the small glandular tissue that was there seems even more pronounced and possibly swollen. My surgeon prescribed Betamethasone Dipropionate topical ointment. I wanted to check in with you guys before using it. Will it help ?
I'm 2 months post-op and I'm aware recovery is not complete, but I feel that the difference between the nipples is drastic even for this stage. The top of the left (operative side) chest feels full, but the bottom feels empty. Could I improve this imbalance by targeting the lower left chest in workouts? Would lowering total body fat percentage and thus right (non-operative) chest fat be beneficial? Any suggestions are welcome. *note: the first picture was taken in a mirror, the second was not.
Hello, I am 7 weeks post surgery and have a very uneven result with lumps, skin folds and what looks like scars (even though there were no cuts). Please see the pictures for a better understanding. I decided to have the surgery in order to remove grade 3 gynecomastia and tuberous breast, so a significant amount of fat and glandular tissue was removed by a combination of liposuction and direct excision. Thanks and best regards, Chris
Hello, Half of my left nipple has been darker than my right nipple which is healing very good in comparision. Is this something I need to worry about or will my nipple lighten up by itself. The darker areola tissue has the same texture as the rest of this nipple.
I got gyno surgery 2 months ago with gland removal but one side from day one seem have some gland is it true or just remains of fat? The other side seem to be healing just fine should I be concerned?
i had my gynecomastia surgery about 7 and half weeks ago , the doctor remove the gland and remove about half gram fat .. the problem is around my chest it still fullness, when i flex my chest my chest looks fully flat but when i sit down it looks saggy and pointy when i feel for gland i feel really small gland..
I had my gynecomastia surgery 8 weeks ago and it was just liposuction (vaser liposuction). I use compression bandages for 2 weeks and now my chest is like boobs. I don't know something went wrong or still there is some hope of improving. Doctor show me picture of just after surgery and according to me the chest looking flat but after i opened my compression it was bulging out and still it is.Please tell is there any hope that it will flatten on own or do i need revision surgery?
