What's the best procedure(s) for knees? I'm petite and not overweight. My knees are dimply and a little saggy. What will help? I've over 60 years old. Thank you!

I am not overweight and want to have inner knee lipo. My main questioning is how long will it take to recover. I do a job where I have to walk a bit (I work in another town and go by train) and want to know if I need to consider taking days off. I already had a meeting with the surgeon but this was unclear. I had body tite done to my knees/inner thighs in 2017 which actually seemed to help loose skin from weight loss. So in 2022, after consulting with several surgeons who recommended more lipo to my legs, I ended up getting lipo and renuvion of both inner and outer thighs. Now my skin looks looser to me and there are actual creases around my knees. I've already done 4 sessions of Morpheus which has helped a bit but not drastically and it hurt a lot. What other options do I have?

I wear my compression garment daily and had lipo on my thighs and knees. How would I be able to tell if I had an infection? What would cause an infection? Sometimes it hurt to walk, a tad bit of burning at times and I am 1 week post op. So now my skin looks like it went from black bruising to red. I had a thigh and knee liposuction, and the doctor recommended I remove small amounts of fat under my butt cheeks as he said it was starting to sag.
