Lipoma Removal + 2 Months Post-op Q&A

I had my first surgery for lipoma November 26,2017 through excision proceedure and 2nd of January 2018 the lipoma re occurs again. Doctor advise me to do another surgery after a month. I'm just confuse coz when they remove the lipoma they remove everything and I saw it the mass is intact.

I got a fatty tumor removed on aug 21 It was 4cmx3x2 I still have tightness on my gluteus and sometimes in the inner knee It is difficult to walk when the muscle in gluteus is tight Im on therapy now but after the exercises I feel worst Tks

I had a dangling lipoma removed from my right under arm near my arm pit just barely over 2 months ago. I waited the appropriate amount of time to lift and everything. Its red, feverish, and severely painful. I can't straighten or flex my arm without a lot of pain.

There's about a 1 inch incision.  It feels hard but can't tell if its scar tissue or a bump is in there again. Should I still have discomfort

I got a lipoma removed off my back on June 26th 2017, I have been healing good but I lately have been feeling a shocking feeling across my back like over my spine. Is this normal?
