My nurse has a Triolgy treatment that is 4 sessions. Radio Frequency, electrical muscle stimulation and LED red light therapy. Can it harm my filler or melt my fat away??? Is it worth it? I dont want to keep doing fillers and change my face. She states that it will help with my skin texture and stimulate collagen. Please advise
I just had Elos Plus treatment on my face for brown spots that I got from my last pregnancy. I want to try getting red light theraphy done on my face for the building of collagen. I wear sunscreen everyday and avoid the sun. I am using the correct products on my face (from my dermatologist) to control my hyperpigmentation on my face.
If the at home red light therapy has the same specs, power, wavelength (630ish nm), voltage, etc, meaning it is seemingly the same thing as an in office light, A) will it have the same effect and B) do these actually work for promoting collagen growth? How far beneath the skin do they get? If one can get results from doing this therapy at home, are there any brands any doctors would recommend or any specifications that are critical to attaining results (light color, wavelength, voltage, etc)?
