I'm a 60yo female, 5'7, ~30 lbs overweight. I'm not quite ready for a facelift. Is there any non-surgical procedure that would improve the sagging skin under my eyes and in the jowl/jawline area?
I am a 60 year old female. I planned to have laser treatment on my face to treat wrinkles. Recently I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and denosumab recommended as a treatment. My question is can I have laser resurfacing for my face once I start taking the osteoporosis treatment.
Hello, I have some sagging around eyes upper and lower and a dermatologist recommended a full ablative ERB-YAG around eyes. He's has many years of experience. I think it will help but concerned about permanent color change between treated and untreated skin. Dont I need the rest of my face treated at least partially? He said it will turn the skin back to whatever color it was genetically programmed to be but I'm not sure. I tan easily but can burn. I am 55 yo male. thank you for your help.
I am 63. I would like to have targeted laser resurfacing of the many vertical lines above the mouth (caused by years of smoking ... sigh) but I need to know a rough, approximate cost before I even schedule a consultation, so I don't waste anyone's time. Can you provide a ballpark estimate and also, give me an idea of how long the results last? Thank you for your time and attention.
Hello doctors. My mother, who is 61 years of age has a few age spots/liver spots on her face. There is one, under her eye, about the size of a dime that is really bothering her. I would like to get these removed for her but am not sure what is the best laser for this. Her age spots are light brown to dark brown in color. The size is anywhere from 3mm to nearly a dime size in diameter. There are only 4-8 spots that she wants to get treated. She is also full Asian. Thanks.
4 weeks post laser resurfacing around mouth, feels and looks like leather, very bad texture, deep crevices. Have always had smooth soft skin, laser was for lip lines. Followed directions to a T. Skin gets flakey when soaking with wash cloth as directed by Dr. . When skin dries it hardens. Post moisturizer from Dr. office does nothing, only olive oil softens it temporarily. Never had a skin problem in my life. I'm 64. Very upsetting.
I have always have pinpoint red spots on my skin (the dermatologist told me they were hereditary). I now have a larger number of them on my arms and have a few on my face ( I am 60) and would like to know there is a laser treatment that might eliminate them. The ones on my arms are not that distressing but having those on my face does not please me at all. Is there any type of laser resurfacing or remedy to remove these. I would be grateful for your advice. Kind regards in advance
How long will the results of the gentle yag laser treatment last. It was recommended 8 treatments 1 per week for 4 weeks and one there after every other week for a total of 8 treatments...should they be staggered over a longer period of time for maximum results...I am 60 yrs old very active
