Ive had a lot of laser hair removal - bikini line, underarms, full legs. Had first treatment on the back of the neck. This was extremely painful. No burns, just alot of pain during the laser pulses. Now one side feels weird, a little tingly down my arm and leg, same day as treatment. Ive read a lot about it, all answers say it cannot cause nerve damage. Could it just be from the pain earlier that radiated down? Or is Maybe I shouldnt get further treatments in this area? Thanks
I was diagnosed with genital hsv1 5 years ago and have never had an outbreak since. I want to know if I get laser hair removal, will it damage the nerve endings so that I could get recurrent outbreaks even after all treatments are complete? Really want to get laser but too scared its going to cause permenant outbreaks. Also, what is the likelihood of an ob with laser for genital HSV1? Thank you so so so much.
Yesterday I was carrying out my 5th laser hair treatment on my sideburns which seemed fine until later when I noticed blurred vision in my right eye and numbness between my eye socket and upper lip on that side. Is it possible that the laser damaged a nerve pathway? Will this likely heal or should I see a doctor? (I broke a bone in my eye socket 3 years ago and experienced slight numbness since then however this is defiantly worse and includes the blurred vision) Thanks for your help
If the laser damages the hair follicles, does it damage nerves attached or around the area that respond to touch or arousal? Also, does the heat from the laser cause the tissue to scar around Breast implants as a reaction?
