help! I Received an IPL laser hair removal treatment in September. I was burned badly and am left with these lightened marks on my skin from the device. Is this something that will resolve or am I scarred for life?
I had last hair removal done in November and was burned by the tech. I now have what seems to be hyperpigmentation marks from the marks left by the laser burns. Im currently using obagi 4% prescribed by my dermatologist. Are these marks permanent or is there another lightening process to get my legs back to normal?
I am getting my bikini area done, 3/6 sessions so far and the results Are minimal. I was told that results may not be great as I have darker bikini area. Would it be safe to use bleaching cream down there before my next treatment? What else can improve my results. My underarms did great, so did my legs and arms.
Iv got pale skin, freckles and dark brown hair. I am starting laser hair removal on my legs and arms. I am getting six sessions for each area. They are using Cynosure Elite lasers, my question is will the laser also lighten the freckles on my arm?thank you in advance
I have just recently undergone my 3rd laser treatment session, and was unfortunately burnt by the technician. I thought it wasn't a big deal at first, but looking at my underarm area now has made me concerned. I was hoping someone can tell me how serious the burns are and what I need to do to prevent scarring or discoloration. Is there a chance for this to lighten still? Thank you.
I am a women of color would laser hair removal work for me? And will it completely help remove large dark pores on my legs? I also have scars will it help that too? How many sessions do you usually have to do to see results. And also are the results permanent? How much does it usually cost all together for full legs? And Im thinking about getting it done on my bikini area will it help lighten it?
5 weeks ago both my thighs were burnt from laser hair removal. The burns have now turned into dark spots but never crusted and is under the top layer of the skin. I have been advised by the technician to use bio oil as this is believed to help lighten the scars and should fade after a few weeks. This is not helping. I have an olive complexion and the dark spots have not changed in appearance. Please help!
