I had Juvederm done yesterday.Doctor used only half a syringe,as she saw I started bruising right away. I was told to come back in a week to see the results and adjust/add of what is left. I see a lot of bruising on one side and a vertical line on the other.I read Juvederm should be injected from lower to upper part. But doctor used a top to bottom approach.Does my doctor use the right technique? Should I dissolve the filler and look for another doctor? Will I get rid of this visible line?
I had Juvederm XC injected 8 days ago. My upper lip has resolved all swelling and bruising but my bottom lip has a hard swollen lip line that turns white when I smile. It is uncomfortable to purse my lips and I am worried I was overfilled. Injector said to wait the full 2 weeks but I am nervous since my top lip seems fine.
I have had several rounds of juvederm fillers, In which all has gone great minimal bruising and swelling, no lumps. But I have one spot on my upper lip that looks like bruising, I would think that it may be the Tyndall effect but it also indents at the same spot where the bruising looking area is. Could this be Tyndall effect? I will also add I use to get pretty bad fever blisters, in which the doctor said it may be a scar but it was never discolored like this till after one of my filler session
Went for a consult for the ones running from nose to mouth. The doctor told me the best treatment for this would be to restore the volume in my cheeks to get back the support. They want to inject 1 syringe each side into cheeks and by temple to help lift the lines from my nose to my mouth. Will that work? Using juvaderm with a cannula. Will I bruise to the point of it being noticeable?
I got dermal fillers (juvaderm 4) injected into my nasolabial folds yesterday. I've noticed that the area most filler (small lump) om the skin on top appear blanched (whiter) than the surrounding area. it is just next to the little red bruise. It also feels a lot 'tighter' in this area. Is the blanched skin due to skin necrosis? I went to an experienced filler and I don't have any pain apart from the area feeling a bit tighter. I can't feel the fillers on any of the other parts of my face.
Got 1/2 mil of Juvederm put in my lips for first time six weeks ago - no issues. Went for the remaining 1/2 mil Thursday, and aside from minor swelling and a small bruise on top lip, not really any issues. However, the day after, I noticed a large lump on my lower left lip. Its almost a perfect circle and looks worse in certain lights. Is this a hematoma or too much product? I plan to call injector this week (she has 17 yrs of experience) but thought Id get some opinions, if possible.
In november i got 0.5mls of juverderm just in my top lip an had no bruising atall. On thursday i got 1ml belotero in both top an bottom an they have bruised like this, is it normal? Also i feel like my top lip hasnt changed atall so was wondering which is better juverderm or belotero for lip fillers?
How Can I remove the brown spots after filler injections (juvederm ultra plus)? I had some bruising (reddish) but these darker brown spots do not appear to be bruises. Will the brown spots go away and what are my treatment options to remove them quickly? I have a special outdoor occasion coming up and I will sweat off make up. Thanks.
