Please excuse my english, I am from germany. I got addicted to fillers and I have tons of it in my face. Is there any way to reverse it? Especially in my chin there is a lot in the connective tissue and also in the bone. I am thinking of melting it away with laser but I read on this platform that filler is sterilised at temperatures above 110 degrees celsius of 7-14 minutes. I am allergic to hyaluronidase so its not possible for me to use it. Please help me and thanks in advance.
Hi, I got lip fillers 7 weeks ago. After day 3 my lips started to get red, hot and I felt so much pain and tingles. I saw my doctor and I took 7 days prednisone, no change. My doctor injected Hyaluronidase, but my lips are still swelling. Now I take antibiotics and anti histamine pills. They hurt, the bottom lip is swelling and its red. Please help me as my doctor told me that he doesnt know what I have, in 7 years i got 6 ml of acid in my lips but never had reactions.
I recently received Juvederm injections around my mouth, chin and cheekbones. A week after the the injections I developed an uncomfortable burning sensation to the injected areas similar to a sunburn. I am not experiencing any redness, rash or swelling. Ive tried different moisturizers and creams but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else experienced this? Its almost 6 weeks of discomfort. Could it be an allergy to juvederm?
Im 4 days out from having my lips done. Ive noticed that I have a rash on the outside of my lips and small, skin colored dots ON my lips. Both of them are very itchy and cause my lips to swell more. Is this an allergic reaction to Juvederm, or possibly the numbing cream that was applied?
I had my chin injected with filler at a good clinic in Thailand then I realized 4 hours later I began feeling nauseous. I threw up later on and realized my chin began bruising after the vomiting episode. Does this happen to anyone else? I just need some answers because I want to get a jawline augmentation but I am not sure whether I am allergic to facial fillers or not. Thank you!
its been 6 months. The doctor provided it says it is an allergic reaction. Another doctor says its not injected deep enough. Will it be like this forever? Can it be fixed. The doctor who injected it, does not answer my requests.
I have Juvederm Volbella injections in my cheeks for 3 years now and roughly 5 visits for it during that period. I find that I have swelled up a few times randomly months after the injections; however, right now I am more swollen than ever on one side of my upper cheek. I recently switched injectors and had more injected just into the centre of my cheek area & do not appear to have swelling there. Is it possible I can not get Juvederm or HA filler injections ever again? Am I allergic?
This was 5 days after 1 syringe of juviderm was injected. My lips bled and cracked for three weeks, the were hot very sore and lumpy for three weeks, l my gums bled around my teeth for a week, my nose and up past my cheekbone were lopsided for over 5 weeks, my lips were black and blue for ten days, and things a month and a half later still continue to change. One side of my top lips droops sometimes like I have had a mini stroke, but not all the time, and I have hard pearl size lumps in my lips and one side of my upper lip has a hard ridge.I had to stay in for over three weeks because I looked disfigured. I have over 70 photographs over 4 weeks that are awful looking and was afraid to get hyaluralonaise because I think this was allergic. It was very sore and very painful for those 3 weeks and very ugly for 4. Now it is lopsided and droopy but the nose is getting more even. WHAT IS GOING ON? Did I have an allergic reaction to Juvederm? This picture is not the worse by any means, two and three weeks later it looked bad, and still looks "odd."Thank you. Editor's Note: Find out about allergic reactions to Restylane here.
