Over a month ago I had 1 unit of Juvederm Ultra XC placed superficially in my temples, and 1 unit placed in corner of jaw, masseter area and buccal area. The temples have a visible indentation on both sides of the placed filler, towards the orbital rim and hairline. The filler protrudes more when I smile. Also, I can see in certain lighting both a bolus of filler in my masseter and buccal area. Is it due to superficial placement? Would more filler blend them in? Or should I remove it?
Hi all, I had 1mL Juvederm ultra to my lips 4 weeks ago (4th April) & had a healite II treatment yesterday 10am. This morning I noticed this marked blue tinge to my lower lip when I woke up. No injury. Looking through pictures I can see some unevenness to the area yesterday and maybe even 2 weeks ago- no blue pigment but some uneven filler. Is this permanent? What can be done about it?
I got juverderm ultra in my lips 4 weeks ago. The healing swelling went down in about 4 days and it flared up again 2 weeks later. I got a script for prednisone and it went down in 2 days. 2 weeks later again I got another flare up which has been quite painful and tingly feeling. Both times the swelling has happened, it has been one side of the bottom lip the first day, then the top lip one side the next day and the bottom goes down. What could this be? No itchiness or heat
I got Volite 4 weeks ago, its not the right treatment for me. Anything I can do to help to dissolve those bumps faster? Will this all disappear, When I say All, i mean all? Is possible to have Hyaluronidase? better than Hyaluronidase, could it bem some asteriod? Both? Both plus some type of Frack Laser, or some type of laser or will that be worse? Help me please, Im very ansioux, Thanks in advance.
I had half a syringe placed on 12/28 and the other half placed on 1/4. When I went back on 1/4 I could tell the left side of my lip had a lump but the doctor said no one would notice / Im being too critical of my face. This doctor has previously done lip filler for me a few years ago and I never had a problem. I want him to dissolve it and replace my lips with new filler for no cost... Is that unreasonable to ask? And any idea as to why it looks this way? Thanks!
Had 1ml Juvederm filler 5 weeks ago. Bottom lip, left side is burning/tingling sensation constantly sore when touched. It looks/feels like the filler has seeped lower then my lip into my skin. Seeing my injector next week have been told this is a normal occurrence. Bottom lip is now uneven and told the filler will be taken out and I need to pay for more. Wanting opinions, i feel she has made my lips uneven, Ive been told you signed the paper, you have to pay to fix it. Is this normal practise?
I had Juvederm injected into my lip (1ml) over a month ago and had severe bruising which went away, but on my bottom lip on one side i have a lump and im not sure if its the Juvederm or a hematoma. If it is will it get dissolved over time or do i have to go back??
I received lip injections about a month ago. This spot doesn't hurt, but when I look this spot/nodule in the mirror it's almost clear as if I can see the filler itself, it's raised, and it's pulsating as if it's right on or near an artery. The fact that it's pulsating and looks like it's near an artery is alarming to me. I went to what I thought was a reputable injection RN at a plastic surgeons office. Should I be concerned about this?
I received Juvederm in lips about one month ago. At first I had a large bump come up on bottom lip. My doctor advised I had scar tissue so he had to inject up to two syringes. The bump has finally gotten better since the last follow up I seen him. He massaged it, but now it looks like I didn't receive any Juvederm. This is second time I've received Juvederm, and didn't last. The first time was in areas by nose down to mouth. What could be causing this?
