Please let me know if I am going to have bad scaring or what else I should do that I am not doing already.
This has been on my leg for about 4-5 months now. It itches very badly. New spots appear while the old ones start to heal. Itching obviously aggravates it, but even when I dont itch for a week I still see new spots appear. What is it? Are they just ingrown hairs? Also I should mention that I was using an IPL Hair remover around the time it appeared, but never had issues with it before.
