Ive had two hair transplants totaling $22k and 2700 fue grafts to the corners of my hairline. The first one was really bad, and the second one isnt looking much better at 8 months out. The density is really thin and patchy. Im 29 years old and am really upset and confused as to what to do next? Do I get a third transplant? My doctor said I have at least 2500 grafts left.
I had a hair transplant 2years ago 5000grafts. For 18months, it was successful, and I was satisfied with the density. But recently, I have been shedding and now my hair is patchy. I am black African with coily hair, I don't smoke, I hope this is temporary and the hairs would grow back in density. Please help!
I underwent FUT on Jan 29/18 received 3600 grafts. Little over 3 months now and i have started to notice some tiny hair poking through but its not what the density i was hoping for as there are still lot of empty patches. Will the hair grow in these areas?
I had a hair transplant and from what it looks like, it looks like there was far more hair taken from the back of my head than what got put back in at the front even though there are slightly more gaps at the front and Im worried that theyve taken too much which will lead to patchy hair as I have it shaved short, how many grafts does it look like were taken at the back? I got told I had 2000 grafts
This is my donor area exactly 14 weeks after my hair transplant. It's looking a bit thin and patchy. Generally after how many month's should I wait to see if there's going to be more improvement? Or is 14 weeks a good indication to how my donor is going to look in the future? Thank you.
I had 4000 grafts in turkey over 4 and half months ago does my one side of my doner area doesnt lol bad but the other side looks over harvested. At first I thought it maybe been shock loss as it looks patchy and over the last 2 months I have started to use regaine at the back to see if would help bring the old hair back But I might just go get micro scalp pigmentation now.
Hello, I'm 21 years old and can't grow a full beard. I can grow decent hair on my chin and a decent moustache that doesn't connect to my chin hair. My sideburns have weak growth, are short and don't grow evenly on each side. I have just about 12 hairs on one side of my cheeks and about 8 on the other side. No hair grows at all on my jawline. Is this type of growth going to remain this way for the rest of my life?
I had my hair transplant done on the 20th of July (so 3.5 weeks/25 days ago). I feel as the surgeons/technicians over harvested the donor area. There are a lot of patches and some feel as if there are no hairs growing. I spoke to the doctor and they informed me that it is shock loss? But to me it looks like they did a bad job. He informed me that it could take up to 2-3 months for the donor area to look normal. Can anyone advise?
