Young people getting breast reduction and having kids later in life

I'm 19 and a 38 G. I'm considering the surgery and have an appointment set up next week for a consultation. I'm just wondering people who have had children after breast reduction did your breasts return? Do you wish you had waited until after you had children? Thanks so much!
