1 year post op and having burning sensation while sleeping on my side

I have had my saline implants for 13 months with no issues. Healed quickly and love them. Two nights ago I was sleeping on my side and woke up to a burning sensation in the right breast (lying on the right side). Last night I noticed a burning sensation again but it was when I sat up from bed. ??
