Is this wishful thinking...

I have been frequenting this site for months but just now decide to post. I am 32 weeks pregnant with 3rd child. I am 5'6 and weigh 215. I have put on a lot of weight during this pregnancy. I had a consultation months ago (before I found out I was pregnant again) and decided on full tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation with lift. The surgeon at the time said I was a good candidate. I weight around 180 then. Anyway, is it unrealistic to plan on having to surgery in May or June with so much weight to lose? I am due in January. Has anyone had luck with quick weight loss followed by surgery. Have your results been favorable? Any input would be great. I have already paid $4000 towards my $12,000 surgery. Thank you.
You are SERIOUS! I like it. I can tell you that I've heard this: 9 months up and 9 months down. Meaning 9 months to put on all the weight of pregnancy and 9 months to lose it. That said, I lost my quicker. Breast feeding was a huge advantage. I have friends who've had good luck post-pregnancy with weight watchers.
Good luck and please keep us posted!
