How do you protect your skin in winter?

Usually we don't drink enought water in winters which makes our skin dry. So, drink plenty of water in winters also. Avoid hot shower bath. Eat healthy food means eat more fruits and vegetables. Wear sunscreen in winters also.

There are many ways to protect your skin in winter to avoid dry and chaffed skin and lip. I had a very dry skin during winter before but I learned to hydrate my skin everyday. I am using a natural hydrating lotion for my hand and body. I also use lip balm for my lips to keep it hydrated all the time.
