When can i wear a real bra after lift and submuscular implants

On aug 8th, 2012 I had a breast lift and submuscular silicone implant surgery. I've been using a sports bra, as I find it more comfortable than the surgical bra. My PS said that was ok. I was just curious as to when in general I could wear a reg bra?What kind of bras are you able to initially wear? Underwire? Most bras now have some degree of lift/push up. All suggestions and answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! gail
