When do I need to start massaging my breasts

Hello, y name is Debbie Harmon and I just got a mastopexy and implants done today. I have had an easy first day of recovery, but I have some questions. Do I need to massage my breasts to keep from getting capsulated? When do I start? Thanks, Debbie
I found massage to beneficial in several ways...prevention of scar tissue, comforted soreness and the minimizing of visual scars with the use of Bio-Oil. Your doctor is the best source to provide you with the right time to begin massage. xo
