We all are living in the world where overweight has become a huge problem. To deal with this problem their are two ways they are a proper diet and regular exercise.

Yes You can do It. I think You should be try to Yoga and Join Gym. I know It's hard work but After some time you will see your weight will be lose. And you can take more water like 15-16 glass per a day. If you are hungry Please avoide junk food and high calories food. Yacon Syrup
