Does anyone else out there do crossfit or other heavy weight training? I train strongwoman/Olympic-style weight lifting and miss it soooooo bad! When do you guys think it would be okay to start lifting again? As of right now, I have been cleared for 15 lbs. I am used to much heavier weights than this, so I am chomping at the bit! My doc is very vague as to when it would be okay, and I don't think he understands that I don't just do light weights or running... Any input?
