Weight gain post lipo

Iam mawada 25 yrs old female a new member here and i just wanted to ask about weight gain after liposuction . I had liposuction last month and the fat transfered to my breast My dr took fat from lower abdomen , flanks and outer thighs My problem is my thoghs became very flat after the operation and i lost my feminine curves :( . And iam planing to gain weight trying to have my curves back but iam afried from fat going to my back and arms and end up wit deformeities all over My question is did any one gain fat in any new ateas like breast , arms or back
