Weight gain despite diet/exercise after lipo

By MaddHatter on 14 Mar 2010

been dieting for a year and am an very active person. so why am I still gaining weight and not seeing any changes in my body after smart lipo? I ended up gaining 10 lbs and 2 inches in my mid section. My arms are fatter too. I am very upset because I have not been able to lose any weight at all or even see any inches lost.

I had liposuction, breastlift and tummy tuck. It was great for two years. Then while still eating healthy and exercising I gained 30 pounds in three months. Its been two years of very healthy eating and massive exercising and I still cannot lose any weight or build any muscle.

What to do when lipo did not work? Please help me. I underwent ultrasonic lipo of my chest, stomach and love handles in November 2009. I did everything I was told including wearing a compression garment for over a month. I have followed up with exercise and diet. Four (4) months later my waist has expanded to 42 inches, and I have a huge amount of fat and skin hanging over my pants. Please, help me as I am devastated. I used my entire savings on the lipo and it didn't work. I do not know what to do. Thank you.
