Hi, so I am a 5" 100lb petite frame. I currently have 10.4cm diameter, 265cc textured silicone soft cohesive gel implants placed under the muscle. pre-op: 32A, post op: 32C. I am pretty content with the size, however I have developed a knuckle on the upper pole of my right breast with a very mild cap making it a bit firm but not noticable, and some rippling on the upper pole of my left breast causing me to consider undergoing revisionary surgery where i thought, I might as well go bigger if I am paying for new implants anyway.I had 2 consultations with 2 reputable surgeons. first one said my breasts stick out too much past my frame and her recommendation was to - choose a narrower implant (which limits my options on how big i can go)- make a neo sub pec pocket to prevent the implant from sticking out- go with a firmer gel, textured implant to lessen the chances of the implant rippling. she says the softer the gel, the more rippling. and also the textured implant will adhere better against gravity to lessen the chance of bottoming outthe other surgeon said my breasts look natural, they dont stick out too much and she would just exchange the implants to a smooth implant to lessen the chances of rippling since the shell of the smooth implant is thinner, the rippling wont be as obvious as rippling on a textured implant. I personally didnt notice that my breasts stuck out too far, I have no problem with it. I find it gives me a nice waist ratio to make me look curvier. My goal is to get bigger, more soft, breasts and lessen the chances of rippling and capsular contracture. But my goals contradict with the recommendations because the bigger i go, the more chance of obvious rippling and bottoming out, the softer i go, the more chances of rippling as well. my options are:Mentor's style 3000, 10.1cm, 350CC smooth silicone implant.Mentor style 3000, 10.4cm, 375cc smooth silicone implant"" "" 10cm, 320cc, tectured silicone implant"" "" 10.3cm, 350cc textured silicone implantsince mine are 265cc now, and its been 3 years and i havent bottomed out, would a 320-375cc implant make a significant difference in weight thus causing me to bottom out in the future? and going from textured to smooth will make it feel softer, soften the rippling (if any) to see and touch, but also i lose the advantage of textured adhering to the wall to prevent bottoming out. I need help weighing these factors to make the decision
