Is five weeks enough time to recover from a tummy tuck?

I plan to get a tummy tuck this summer, before I go off to college, but I only have five weeks of summer before I travel over 15 hours away by car. So if I get a tummy tuck as early as possible, after five weeks, what will my experience be away from home? How much support do I need after five weeks and what will my physical state be?

After two to three weeks the heavy-duty recovery period should be over. Many women are exercising by 4 or 5 weeks. Though everyone heals differently. Hope this helps.
