I am 7 weeks post tummy tuck, and have experienced puckering on the upper section of my incision, has anyone experienced this?

My ps has told me from the beginning that this will all blend and I will have a flat incision line, But I guess after this amount of time I find it is still looking like it is too much material on the top and not enough on the bottom, so it has been gathered, (understand the look?) I am naturally very concerned, as is my husband, as this scar comes out at the end of my swimmers and can be seen then. Has anyone else experienced this and has it resolved? I can't seem to find anyone else , looking for myself. Thank you for your time.
