I am four weeks post tummy tuck and am still swollen, but when the swelling eases I get loose skin on my midriff!

Is the normal and will be skin tighten as part of the healing or has my surgeon not pulled my skin tight enough?

Every doctor is different as to the amount of tightness. I have seen some ladies that don't have very tight skin, and others, like myself, that can't pinch any skin it's so tight. I would make sure to state your concerns to your PS and see what he says.
