How many weeks post-op from liposuction did you really see an improvement in your size, shape?

I am currently 3 1/2 weeks post-op from waist to knees liposuction. It looks to me like the swelling is gone, and that what I see in the mirror is likely my 'final' result...or close to it! I weighed 147 before surgery, am 5' 8" and wear a size 8. The results so far don't look dramatic. There are some good changes in my saddle bags, waist and back side but I am hoping I will see continued improvement in shape and reduced overall size. Any input or experience would be great!

How are you doing now it's been a couple of months since surgery? I have read that results can take upto six months to completely come through, so at 3.5 weeks you may not see much.
