3 week questions and clearance

Hey ladies, I have my 3 week post op coming up this week and don't think I have another appointment until 6 weeks so I want to make sure I ask all the questions I need to and get all the clearances I can! I'm feeling really good, standing up straight, I don't have much swelling and I'm dying to get back to working out!! I have already been doing housework, cooking, laundry, vacuumed today and still feel great! What questions should I ask and what all did any of you get cleared for at 3 weeks!! I had the TT with MR and lipo to flanks. Thanks!!

At 3 weeks, I was told I can resume household stuff, but no working out or lifting anything heavy. My PS told me I could wear compression garnets during the day and binder at night.
Today was my one month follow up. I can now resume cardio but he asked me to wait 2 more weeks before lifting weights or doing any ab work. My swelling is almost all gone and at this point the compression garments and binder can be worn if I want. Which will def be when I go back to the gym or doing housework.
I would ask about scar therapy stuff and limitations for lifting at this point. if you don't go back for a few weeks you could certainly call the doc for any questions that come up.
