I had my mommy makeover on sept 3rd - a week ago today. Hard to believe. I honestly don't remember much of the first 2 days, they were a bit hazy with pain meds and lots of sleep! Hubby has taken excellent care of me. I go tomorrow to get the drains removed, praying there's less than 25 ml in each today so they can pull them. For me, the drains are the worst part! I hate them! They are placed right in the bend of my thighs and hurt like hell! Every time I sit or stand they pull. Although I guess in the scheme of things when my drains hurt more than my tummy or boobs that's not so bad. Don't get me wrong....the tummy and boobs are tight and sore, it hurts to bend or twist, but all in all, not near as bad as I expected! I only took 15 of the 30 percocets they prescribed. Been living on extra strength Tylenol the past few days. I am pleased with my results so far. My belly is flatter than I thought possible and my waist is thinner. My only fear is that now my hips will look huge...lol. Hubby loves the figure though! My boob are nice and perky with the lift and implants. Although, I need to wait for swelling to go down to see the real size. I started out a 38D and with the lift and implant, I think I'm probably going to be the same size. I wanted a little bigger than I had been, but we will see. He put 339 cc Naturelle implants in both sides. He said my right breast was larger so he evened them out with the lift. We've spent the week here in Miami and head home to WV on Monday. I will say the time healing away from home has been great. If I were home,I'd be doing way more than I should. So, I can say this has worked out well for me even though I was a bit scared have surgery so far from gome and my kids and friends. I miss them, but I know I'm probably better off and resting better now.I'm excited to see my results once all the swelling and pain is gone I sure I'll love it more and more each day. Hubby is already thrilled! It'll be nice to wear a straight dress for walking my daughter onto the football field in 2 weeks for homecoming court. I won't need to worry about a tummy bulge! I've not posted photos before, but here goes!
