Wedge Pillow

I am having a tummy tuck and arm lift on March 26th, 2013. I was wondering what type of wedge pillow I will need and how high should it be to make it comfortable??? I have seen the wedge pillows be either 7", 10" or 12" high. Which size do I get??? Thanks so much, Kathy

This is the one I got, and I don't know how I would have made it through the first week without it. The back is the perfect size for keeping elevated enough to get out of bed without straining your ab muscles, and you can take the smaller wedges and put them under your knees to keep your legs elevated, too. It's great.
