Want IPL Used All over the Front and Backs of my Legs for Huge Dark Crusty Spots

I've had this done on my arms 4 years ago. It really zaps all the dark spots at once. Does anyone know what this will cost by a Derm? The spa I went to is out of business. I don't know who charges more, a Derm or a Spa? I spent 300.00 for each 1 hour treatment and had 3 treatments. I think I got a price special because I did not pay 900.00. I have used Dr Scholl's "freeze off" that works great for one or two spots, but my legs are covered with very ugly spots and I want them gone!
