Want a Face Lift in NJ, but Scared.

I have always felt that I look older than my age. I am only 39, but I think I look like 45 at least. I can't find a date, once I meet a gentleman, I never get another call even though we talked on the phone a lot before the meeting. I am really upset. I think that is because I look older than I am. I want to feel different when I look into the mirror. I want to feel good about myself. I have saved just enough money for a surgery. ( I think). I am so scared. Has anyone had the surgery done in NJ (I live in somerset, nj) and can refer a very experienced doctor who can perform the surgery on a chinese woman? can you please post your before and after pictures?
