Can visible lumps on the frontal bone be removed?

i 1st took notice of this at the age of 10-12. they look like two bumps one on each top corner of the frontal bone. They look like to frontal eminencies i'm not sure if it's a cyst, benign, or a tumor. can someone help me figure this dilemma out.

The first step is to figure out, definitively, what the bumps are. Have you consulted with any local surgeons about getting a biopsy?
