Vertical Scar Breast Reduction Technique for African American Women in Washington DC?

What kind of results can I get with 36FF breast using vertical scar breast reduction technique. im african american and I haven't seen A LOT of before/after pictures of women of color. I live in Washington D.C. Do you know of any doctors in the metro area thst utilizes this technique for larger breasts.

Shouldn't your health provider cover this?

My health insurance at the time did not cover the surgery. They feel that didn't feel that my breast was causing enough problems. They then told did me that I'd get reimbursed if I paid out of pocket.
