Which is best Vaser or traditional liposuction?

Hi,I am considering having vaser or traditional liposuction on my abdomen, inner and outer thighs. I want to see dramatic results. I am 5'11" and about 155 pounds. I was wondering if anyone has done this procedure and what the costs were. Thanks! Also I'm looking for surgeon in Syracuse NY.
