Upper lip and swelling after revision rhinoplasty

First let me say thank you to the doctors who have responded to my concerns over my recent revision rhinoplasty surgery. It has truly been a nightmare situation. Along with the swelling my upper lip feels like it is 50lbs and the more I talk the more that area hurts 3months postop. Now you will notice in my picture when I smile there is a disturbing gathering of my lip under my nose and under my nose is hard as a rock where the open rhinoplasty took place. Can this be fixed? It is insane!!!
