Upper abdonimal bulging after full tummy tuck and diastasis repair

Was told by PS the bulge was adipose which was pushed up during tunneling up the abdominal wall to do repair.When I tighten my abdominal muscles the bulge disappears.I think my sutures have separated or muscles were not pulled tight enough.Anyone else experience this?
