Upper Abdominal Lipo with Full TT

Hello Everyone...Thank you so much for this forum.  You have no idea just how useful this has been for me.  Have any of you had upper abdominal liposuction along with a standard TT (with MR, lipo of flanks & hips).  I had a consult yesterday (my first so far) and the PS recommended the upper abdominal lipo as a separate procedure if I did not like the results after the muscles are tightened.  I believe the reason was being cautious about blood supply and recovery.  Is this standard?  BTW...it has nothing to do with my personal health.
