Uneven nostrils and pig-like appearance due to rhinoplasty swelling?

I recently had a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty. It has been 3 days since I had this surgery done. During my recovery I noticed that my nostrils are uneven and that my nose resembles a pig. I am terrified because I really do not want my nose to resemble a pigs and my nostrils pre-surgery were beautiful ! Am I experiencing this due to the swelling? Or because my surgeon was inexperienced? And my doctor put some packaging in one nostril but I keep sneezing and part of the packaging came out. What should I do? Thank you.
