Uneven nostrils after rhinoplasty

By looking at pictures prior to rhinoplasty I think I had my nostrils uneven, but after lifting the tip with the rhinoplasty they are more exposed and the difference between them is more obvious, what can I do?? Has someone been in the same situation? my surgery was 3 1/2 months ago, Is this possible to be corrected with time?

Thank you Angiemcc, I appreciate all your comments it is really helpfull to know other people's opinions. Im just concerned that I would have to go under another procedure, I dont know if an alar reduction would help, if it does that would be my solution but the thing is go get a scar and not solve the problem :( And I was confused about the time. It's been les than 3 months since my operation. Thanks again.

It's kind of hard to tell in that photo. I can kind of see what you mean...at this point it is possible that your nose is still swollen and the swelling is just subsiding at an uneven rate. From here it doesn't look bad, but if it bothers you, you should probably contact your surgeon and ask what he or she thinks (if it might still be swelling).

Here's what some doctors had to say to a patient who had uneven nostrils after surgery (she was much more recent post-op than you, but I think some of the same ideas apply).
