Uneven after breast implants

Im 5'2" 105 lbs.I seeked breast augmentation to have fuller breast and fix the uneveness.I had 240cc on my left and not sure how much the PS filled my right (which was smaller pre-op).I let him use his judgement.I'm 7 days post-op. My left breast is perfect,just how i want them to be, but my right seems wider on the top part, little higher, and doesnt have the same fullness at the crease as the one on the left.The nipple on my right is a little lower and pointing downward. Will this still change and drop over time. Pls advice.
