32 with under eye bags WANT THEM GONE!!!

I am 32 years young and have bags under my eyes. I do know smoking has played a part in it and I am seriously working on quitting. I also have chubby cheeks that may contribute to the sagging as I age. I don't know but I want them GONE PERMANENTLY!!! I am in Atlanta.

From what I've seen around RealSelf, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) is a popular option. You can also hide them with fillers and/or Botox, which might make sense since you mentioned that you have "chubby" cheeks. (This is a problem I have as well, so I know what you mean when you talk about how it accentuates the eye bags. Argh!)
