Ultrasound therapy over the nose after rhinoplasty?

Hello, I wanted to post this here to see if somebody has tried the ultrasound over the nose after a rhinoplasty? I'm going for a revision rhinoplasty soon and I'm willing to know if i could benefit from ultrasound post-op.   Thank you.
