Hi ladies. I was wondering what kind of work outs you do? Do any of you do heavy lifting? I want to gain more muscle and look more toned. I don't have much muscle and it makes my weight look even worse. Also I might not have the surgery for awhile so I want to make my body (especially) look as good as possible before the surgery. I think having more muscle in the butt (and everywhere) will make the results look better because it holds the fat together lol. Does anyone else feel this way? :) I also want to be slim everywhere besides my boobs, hips, butt, and thighs. I think fit and thick is my goal. I want to feel and look fit, not just super curvy. And plus with heavy lifting, it will help my body look curvier anyways, so there's many benefits to it. :)
