Do you think I need a tummy tuck?

I would really like to be able to do this with exercise and a strict diet. I recently was prescribed medication for ADD which I was warned will cause signifigant weight loss. I think that is definitely what is happening. I am now down to 153. My stomach still looks like this though. I just had my second baby within 19 months, 7 months ago. I gained 60 lbs with my first and 80+ with the second. I wish I hadn't gained so much now. Looking back, my body has done pretty well for everything I have put it through. If I had only gained the normal amount, my stomach would probably be flat right now. :( Anywho, does anyone have any insight as to whether or not I will be able to do this the natural way? Or am I going to have to spend some serious money on surgery?

Only you know for sure! I think you look great! if its something you decide to do then great, if not then that's also great. I think it's all about your own comfort. No one lives in your body but you. I thnk it also depends on your expectations and what you actually hope to achieve in the end. Good luck :D

Thanks waiting for 11 tweetymom8! I will definitely try that tupler technique first! I really want to avoid the surgery if I can. Its expensive, traumatic, and I'm scared to go under the knife with 2 babies so young.

You might try the Tupler Technique before you decide. I ordered the belt and started with her program and dropped from an Aeropostale 9 to a 7 jean size in two weeks cause it made my tummy shrink that much. I still opted for a tummy tuck because, as you can see if you look at my review pics, my stretch marks still looked horrendous. The smaller my tummy got, the more the skin sagged an wrinked. Even after my procedure I still have them from my navel down :( I also have a huge scar from hip to hip. But I no longer have a hernia :) A tummy tuck will kick your butt really hard. I still cannot work abs at 7 weeks post op cause it would be too painful and might even set me back or undo some of the repair. I do arms, legs and cardio but try to keep abs as unengaged as possible with my workouts. I was thrilled with the muscle results I got using Tupler but the stretch marks getting uglier made me back off and opt for the tummy tuck. I am happy with my results but if I looked as good as you I would check out diastasisrehab.com and try it religiously for 6 months before you decide. You have little to lose except a huge scar and an expensive, butt kicking surgery if you do.
