I am getting a tummy tuck in a few months.

Hello, I am getting a tummy tuck after bariatric surgery. I was 325 pounds and now a year later i am at 215. I want to get down to atleast 190 by may 26 which is when my surgery date is. I have hit a plateau and have not been able to lose any more weight. Can anyone help?
It's frustrating when that happens! You might want to consider seeing a nutritionist or trainer who can supervise you and get you over that hump. Have you tried Weight Watchers? Women rave about that.
Congrats on losing the 110 pounds, though. That's 1/3 of you gone. Good job!
