Tummy Tuck on June 11th

I had my TT on Monday and I am still tight and a bit sore. The thing that hurts the worst is my back. I am tired of sleeping in a partial seated position and my back is also sore from walking hunched over.  Took off the compression garment yesterday to take a shower and wanted to quickly put it back on. I felt so imbalanced without it :( When should someone really expect to see a flat stomach post-op?

I had a TT on June 11 so today I am 4 weeks. I am still swollen. Still Waiting to see results. I want to know the same question :)
