Tummy Tuck Help???!!!

So as you can see on my first review, i wanted a smart lipo but now im thinking on doing tummytuck instead because my skin isnt so elastic after my child i had , nothing went back to normal, i would really wantt this horrible stomach gone!!and i need help finding a surgeon in atlanta :/ Anyone in the atlanta area, Lawrenceville,roswell, marrietta, im preety close to thoose.....if youve had experiences please share :)
