Spanx higher power style is working well I think. In my experience the compression garment post op was ok, but after 17 days post op the swelling has gone down to where my compression garment wasn't doing much, but I still needed a little more compression as I still have swelling along my incision line.

June tummy tuck - first off, everybody is different so what's best to me is not best for everybody. That said, I received a binder from my PS to use first; it was long, extending from under my breasts to below the pubic area and I had to wear that for a long time. As soon as I could ditch that (it Velcro'd closed and was bulky), my favorite compression garment was what appears to be a Flexees pull-on waist nipper; I bought it at a thrift store (I bought most of my stuff used - electric lift chair, etc) so no tags to identify exactly what it is. I still use it sometimes. I read about Bio-Oil here, and have found it at local grocery and Wal-Mart, and my PS said it didn't matter if I used that or Mederma, the reason any product "worked" was the massage involved when the product was used... huh. :) Best advice is be patient with yourself, and expect the unexpected. :D

Thanks kimmers! Hope people start using this! It would make finding things like the best Spanx to wear, best healing foods, best scar creams, massage tips, belly button tips, exercising tips, ect so much easier to find I think! Is there a way to add a search or "find" function in a chat room??
